A paid website leaderboard ranks sponsored website listings by confirmed contributions. On TopGoblin, every confirmed US dollar becomes one permanent Loot point. The public score—not votes, reviews, clicks, or an editorial opinion—sets the all-time order.

Most startup directories use editorial approval, a fixed listing fee, or a chronological launch queue. TopGoblin is a transparent pay-to-climb status game: the score is public, positions can change, and each category also runs a separate daily Crown race.

TopGoblin sells sponsored leaderboard placement, but it is not pay-per-click advertising and does not target users by profile or keyword. You pay to add Loot to a public listing; you do not buy a fixed number of impressions, clicks, leads, or customers.

Enter a public product URL, review the automatically extracted title and description, confirm the suggested category, choose a lifetime Loot target, and complete Stripe Checkout. The listing is credited only after Stripe confirms payment.

No account is required for the launch version. A normalized public URL identifies the listing, and the payment webhook—not a user login—adds confirmed Loot.

Public product websites are eligible when the buyer owns or is authorized to promote them. Malware, phishing, impersonation, adult content, illegal content, deceptive destinations, and private or local-network URLs are not allowed.

TopGoblin reads public page signals such as the domain, title, description, keywords, and main headings to recommend one of 28 precise categories. You can correct the suggestion before opening Checkout.

A new listing starts at $5. Later climbs increase the lifetime target by at least $1, and you pay only the difference between the current Loot total and your chosen target.

Lifetime Loot determines all-time position on the global and category boards. Fresh Loot added during the current UTC day determines the daily category Crown. Daily Crown totals reset; lifetime Loot does not.

Taking an all-time number-one position triggers the Throne Toll. You must beat the leader by 10% of their Loot, with a minimum $5 gap. A $100 leader therefore requires a target of at least $110.

Yes. Checkout does not reserve a rank, and another confirmed contribution can change the board before or after your payment. Your confirmed Loot still remains attached to the listing even when its position changes.

No. A purchase adds sponsored Loot and changes public leaderboard placement. TopGoblin never guarantees impressions, clicks, leads, customers, revenue, search rankings, or a specific position for a fixed duration.

It can fit a launch that values a public, shareable ranking and a competitive category moment. It is a poor fit when the purchase must deliver guaranteed ROI, fixed advertising inventory, or a promised number of visitors. Judge it as sponsored visibility and a status game—not as predictable performance marketing.

TopGoblin is not sold as a link-building service. Listing destinations are sponsored outbound links routed through TopGoblin, and no backlink authority, indexing outcome, search-ranking improvement, or AI-search citation is promised.

The leader wears a Crown badge, receives a 24-hour category-champion feature in The Afterlife, and can use the downloadable Winner Kit. There is no cash prize, revenue share, ownership transfer, or guaranteed traffic.

Payments use Stripe-hosted Checkout, and only signed, successful Stripe events add Loot. Billing errors, duplicate or unauthorized charges, technical failures, and mandatory legal rights can be reviewed under the Refund Policy. Losing rank or receiving no traffic is not by itself a billing error.
