Terms of Service

1. What TopGoblin sells

A payment purchases a variable sponsored placement for one public product website and adds permanent lifetime Loot to that listing. Loot determines the public ranking. The service does not sell ownership, equity, revenue share, editorial endorsement, backlinks, guaranteed traffic, conversions, sales, or a guaranteed time at any rank.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You must own the submitted destination or be authorized to promote it. By submitting a website, you authorize TopGoblin to retrieve and display its public metadata, favicon, URL, category, and ranking information.

3. Loot, raids, and ranking

• One confirmed US dollar equals one lifetime Loot point.
• A new listing requires a target of at least $5.
• Ordinary later raids must increase lifetime Loot by at least $1.
• Taking the all-time or relevant category throne may require the higher Throne Toll shown before checkout.
• Checkout does not reserve a rank. The confirmed payment determines the final position when processed.
• Ties are resolved in favor of the listing that reached the tied total first.

4. Daily Crowns and prizes

Each precise category awards a daily Crown to the listing receiving the most new confirmed Loot during the UTC day. Daily Crowns reset; lifetime Loot does not. The advertised prize is limited to the live Crown badge, Winner Kit assets, and the stated 24-hour Afterlife feature. It is not cash and has no guaranteed monetary value.

5. Payments

Stripe processes one-time payments. The amount shown at checkout is the difference between the listing's current confirmed Loot and the selected target. You are responsible for reviewing the destination, target total, category, currency, and amount before paying. Taxes, if applicable, will be handled as stated at checkout or on the receipt.

6. Prohibited listings

TopGoblin does not accept illegal or adult content, malware, phishing, impersonation, deceptive financial claims, hate, harassment, link shorteners, private-chat invitations, unauthorized affiliate parameters, or products you are not authorized to promote. We may reject, suspend, relabel, or remove unsafe or deceptive listings.

7. Refunds, disputes, and reversals

The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. A rank change after payment is an expected feature and does not by itself create a refund right. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Refunded, disputed, reversed, or fraudulent payments may have their associated Loot removed.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to operate the leaderboard accurately but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular commercial outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopGoblin is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions made based on ranking position. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts and dispute-resolution bodies have jurisdiction as provided by applicable law. Material changes apply prospectively from the updated date shown above.
