Refund Policy
Loot is applied after confirmed payment, but payment mistakes and mandatory consumer rights are still respected.

Review the submitted website, category, target lifetime Loot, currency, and amount before authorizing Stripe Checkout. Ranking is variable and checkout does not reserve a position. Another confirmed payment may change the ranking before or after your purchase completes.
2. Requests we will review
Contact us promptly if you believe there was a duplicate charge, an unauthorized payment, an incorrect amount, a technical failure that prevented purchased Loot from being credited, or another billing error. Include the website URL, payment date, amount, and Stripe receipt or Checkout reference where available. Do not send full card details.
3. Rank changes are not billing errors
Sponsored placement is delivered as a variable leaderboard position. Losing a rank, failing to win a daily Crown, receiving no traffic or sales, or disliking a competitor's later contribution does not by itself make the original payment defective or create a contractual refund right.
4. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude, including any statutory withdrawal, conformity, or refund rights that apply to your specific transaction. Eligibility may depend on your location, status as a consumer or business, when service performance began, and any consent requested at checkout.
5. Reversing Loot
If a payment is refunded, disputed, reversed, or found to be fraudulent, TopGoblin may remove the corresponding Loot and recalculate lifetime rank, daily Crown results, and Afterlife eligibility. This keeps public scores aligned with confirmed funds.
6. How to request a review
Email donidhernandez@gmail.com. We will acknowledge the request and may ask for information needed to locate the payment or verify that you were authorized to make it. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
